This mod basically adds the 'dynamic music' from Clear Sky to Call of Pripyat. This command will go through the entire gamedata folder and remove all instances of Thumbs.db, it will ask you for confirmation before deleting each file, just in case. I ended running to the bastard and jamming medkits and energy drinks while unloading on the damn thing. I'm carrying a shotgun from now on. Last time I fought a controller, I ran up and unloaded shotgun rounds in its face. If this stunlocked it I don't know but I do know that he didn't try that annoying mind hack shit on me multiple times. Finally giving this another shot; I've done a few missions now, given to me from people in that main hub/ship wreck. Died a few times risking life and limb to pickup some anomalies and made some good cash.
Betrayed the bandit group who wanted me to betray some Stalkers and shot them up; I don't get why the fat bastard (no relation) is still sitting there in the ship, unless I missed something. Got some okay weapons with some okay upgrades (4 in total, 1 shotty, three rifles using different ammo, no pistols). Also, not sure if this was in SoC, but I got to see the start of a blowout before I even got the warning; a strange orange glow which looked like a really big flare descending from the clouds and them boom, emission warning. Which my screenshot had taken.
Also, I got that ship wheel anomaly, only to have a dude appear out of no-where saying he needs it for his dying brother. I declined and immediately got ambushed and killed. Next time I sneaked around the corner and blew his head off before picking off the other two with a combination of grenades and my silenced assault sniper rifle thingy. Overall I'm having a bunch of fun; it feels a little more accessible than SoC, maybe even a bit easier, but since I'm not a huge fan of the ultra super realism mods for these games, that's just fine and dandy by me. Haven't touched the main story missions yet (the crashed choppers); just earning some cash and rep from mini missions right now.
