I purchased TurboCAD Professional v12 and installed it on a laptop with Windows Vista OS. Hi mictu, Since Turbo CAD Professional is an third party application and we are unaware of its features. As a work around you may try launching the game with administrator privileges and check if it works. 1. Locate the program icon or a shortcut in Windows Explorer.

When the UAC message is displayed, do one of the following: • If you are logged on as a standard user, or if UAC is configured to always require credentials, enter the appropriate administrative credentials, and then click OK. • If you are logged on as an administrator and UAC is not configured to always require credentials, click Yes to start the application. If the above step fails then I would suggest that you try launching the application in a clean boot state and check if it works.

Hi Halima S, I tried the clean boot and I still did not run, but the error report this time said something different than the other I posted here originally. The original said something about an unknown OS based on Windows NT, and the one I am pasting below says Windows OS XP.
