Windows 10 does not have Service Packs. Microsoft just Upgrades Windows 10 to a new build every 1 or 2 months or so. As of 1/21/2016, the current os version is 1511 AKA 'threshold 2' Microsoft continually updates Windows 10, as Microsoft is calling Windows 10 the Last version of Windows. Service Packs are collections of security updates and stability enhancements from Microsoft. In Windows Vista and 7 you must download and install these one by one - first Service Pack 1, then Service Pack 2, etc. 'Service Pack' is often abbreviated to 'SP'.

Having said that, Windows 10 is designed with many Power packed features. Most of the problems arises with the incompatible application or drivers.
Installing latest compatible drivers for Windows 10 from Manufacturer's website will cure most of the issues. Also it's recommended and a good idea to keep your system up to date with Windows Updates. There are lot of updates rolled out to fix the most common issues that are faced with incompatibility on Windows 10.
You can also fix the problems by using built-in troubleshooter. Press Windows Key then type ‘ troubleshoot’ and select the same from the list. Select “View all” on the left panel to locate all troubleshooters. With regard to new version of windows 10, soon we'll let you know with detailed information through relevant media on this.
